Ghaneva Homes lets homes in Fulham SW6, Lewisham SE12 and Croydon CR0 for short stays. Not rooms in a house and not a hotel corridor, but the whole place, with a kitchen, a door you lock behind you, and space to be a family in.

- A home that is clean and ready when you arrive, described honestly before you book, and priced without surprises added at the end. If the photographs show a roof terrace, there is a roof terrace. If it says it sleeps eight, there are beds for eight.
- Who answers
- A member of staff, within the hour. Not a ticket number, not an autoresponder, and not a queue behind three hundred other properties. We keep a small number of homes, deliberately, because that is what makes the promise keepable.
- When something goes wrong
- Something occasionally will. A boiler, a lock, a neighbour. The commitment is not that nothing ever breaks; it is that you can reach a person who can decide, on the day, without being transferred. That is the practical difference between a small operator and a large one, and it is the reason to book direct.

We also list on Airbnb and Booking.com, where the business holds Superhost and Genius Level Host status. Booking here direct means the same home, the same person answering, without the platform in between.
