Corporate and long stays

A house for the team, not five hotel rooms

For project teams, relocations, contractors and anyone staying longer than a weekend. One property, one invoice, one person to call.

The Lewisham House, in Lewisham SE12. Whole houses sleeping up to 8.

Why a house works out better

Five colleagues in five hotel rooms is five bills, five breakfasts and no kitchen. A whole house is one booking, a table to work at, a washing machine, and somewhere to eat that is not an expense claim. For stays past a few nights the difference stops being about money and starts being about whether people arrive at work rested.

What we can set up

Invoicing
Billed to the company rather than the traveller, with a proper VAT receipt where applicable. No expense-claim archaeology at month end.
Extended stays
Weekly and monthly arrangements, with a mid-stay clean by agreement. Longer bookings are quoted individually rather than taken off a rate card.
A single point of contact
A member of staff answers within the hour, and the team knows the properties. Not a call centre, and not a different contractor each time somebody needs a key or a boiler looked at.
Parking
Lewisham includes parking on the premises, which matters if the team is driving to a site.

How to get a quote

Tell us the dates, the headcount and roughly where the work is. You will get a written quote from a person, not an automated rate. Corporate and extended stays are priced on the length and the season, not off a published table.
