Who controls your information
Ghaneva LTD is the data controller for enquiries made through this website. Booking and payment are handled by Guesty, which acts as its own controller for the information you give it during a booking; its privacy notice applies to that part.
What we collect, and why

Please do not send health information, or anything else sensitive, through the enquiry form. If a health need affects your stay, tell us in general terms and we will discuss it directly.
What this site does not do
- It sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- It runs no advertising and no tracking scripts, and nothing that follows you to another website.
- It does not profile you, and no decision about you is made automatically.
It does count visits, using Cloudflare Web Analytics: which pages were viewed, roughly which country the request came from, and how fast the page loaded. That measurement sets no cookie and stores no identifier, so it cannot recognise you on a return visit or anywhere else. It tells us whether the site works, not who you are.
Fonts and stylesheets are served from this site's own domain. Property photographs are served from Guesty's image service, which receives the ordinary request information any server receives when your browser fetches a picture.
Who else sees it
Enquiries are handled by Ghaneva Homes staff. We use Guesty for property management and bookings, and Cloudflare to host this website, to serve it, and to count visits as described above. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for marketing.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to twelve months, so we can pick up a conversation if you come back, and are then deleted. Booking records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires, which is six years.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to our using it. Email the address below and we will answer within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
